Week 0

Discovery

We start with a 30-minute call. Lot, timeline, budget range, design status. No commitment.

Week 1–2

Site Walk

Clint visits the site personally. We talk through what's possible and where the constraints are.

Week 2–8

Pre-Construction

We work with your architect to value-engineer the plans and price every line item.

Week 8

Fixed-Scope Proposal

You receive a fully-priced, fixed-scope proposal. Every allowance locked. No surprises.

Month 3–12

Build

Weekly site walks. Weekly written updates. One project manager. One number.

Month 12+

Punch + Warranty

We don't disappear at closing. Full one-year warranty and a dedicated punch-list manager.
