Chinchor Lake House
A home shaped by the family that lives in it.
A lakefront remodel that reworked the main living spaces end to end. Plank ceilings now run the length of the house, a stone hearth anchors the great room, and walls of French doors turn the water into the main view. Out back, a covered outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, sink, and cedar ceiling extends the living space down to the shoreline.
Every Conner project starts the same way — a conversation about the house, the goals, and the budget. We price the entire scope before the first wall comes down, then we deliver it. One team. One phone number. One promise from demo to punch list.
